Dr. Joshua Holland


Dr. Joshua Holland is a friendly primary care physician serving residents near Peoria, AZ. He has held an Arizona license since 1988. His practice is called Holland Center for Family Health.

Dr. Holland earned his B.A. in Economics at Colorado College in Colorado Springs. He studied medicine at the University of Southern California in LA. Later, he studied internal medicine at the University of Nevada, Reno. Dr. Holland spent 17 years in the Air Force attaining the rank of Major. Finally, he completed his MBA at Arizona State University’s W.P. Kerry School of Business in Tempe.

Dr. Carl E. Ferguson


Dr. Carl E. Ferguson, originally from Oklahoma City, has been practicing medicine for over years. He completed his undergrad studies at Oklahoma University and then attended the College of Osteopathic Medicine at Oklahoma State University.

A proud American, Dr. Ferguson enlisted in the United States Army and served in Vietnam for 18 months. He later joined the United States Air Force where he became a Captain, O-3 and served as a Senior Flight Surgeon. During his professional career he has been a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine, Vice Chief of Staff, Chief of Staff and Medical Director of Comprehensive Outpatient Rehab Facility.

Dr. Ferguson is a proud member of the American Osteopathic Association, the Arizona Osteopathic Medical Association and is a lifetime member of Sigma Sigma Phi (National Honorary Osteopathic Fraternity). He has received the Woodmen of the World Lifesaver Commendation and has been recognized by Who’s Who of Medical Professionals.

His mission statement is, offer patients old fashioned care utilizing today’s technology.


Dr. Fowler


Richard Fowler MD obtained a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology with a minor in Chemistry and Math from University of South Florida.  His medical education was completed at Universidad Automoma de Guerrero in Cuernavaca Mexico as well as University of Colorado Medical Center, Denver.  He went on to complete his Internships and residency at University of Colorado Health Science Center LDS Hospital and University of Utah Medical Center.  Dr. Fowler is Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.  He is an Associate Professor of Medicine at Midwestern University where he is also a Clinical Preceptor for the Physician Assistants Program.  In addition, Dr. Fowler is an Affiliate Faculty Member at Arizona State University.
